About Us

We are a law and consulting company that helps investors obtain a Hungary Residence Permit to travel to the Schengen states without a visa, create a Plan B or move to a European country.

7 reasons to get a Hungary Residence Permit

A Hungary residence permit is issued to financially independent foreigners if they complete one of the three investment options:

  • €250,000+ in real estate funds;
  • €500,000+ in real estate;
  • €1,000,000+ as a donation to a higher learning institution maintained by a public interest trust foundation.

When applying for the Hungary residence permit, an investor can include their spouse and children.

Travel in the Schengen Area without a visa

A Hungary residence permit card replaces a Schengen Visa, allowing you to stay in the countries of the Schengen Agreement for up to 90 days within any 180 days.

Plan B residency

As a Hungarian resident, you can enter and leave the country freely at any time, even with closed borders.

Moving to Hungary

Residents can live in Hungary without restrictions as long as their status is valid. They receive a 10-year residence permit, which can be renewed.

Investors can spend more than 3 months outside Hungary and not lose their residence status, unlike holders of ordinary residence permits.

Tax optimization

Hungary is one of the countries with the lowest taxes. Income tax for individuals is levied at the 15% rate, and corporate tax is levied at the 9% rate.

Work and business opportunities

Investors are allowed to work, be self-employed, or start a business in Hungary.

Access to international banks

Hungary residents can use the services of local and international banks. This includes opening accounts, storing savings, and transferring. To open an account, residents only need a passport and a residence permit card.

Opportunity to obtain EU citizenship

A foreigner can apply for Hungary citizenship after eight years of living in the country — five years with a residence permit and three years with a permanent residence status. A Hungary passport allows visa-free entry to 171 countries, including the UK, Australia, the US, and Japan.
